our papers, cleaning & maintenance

Here are some top tips when considering our wallpaper.

Ordering
Talk to our staff about how much you’ll need. Our team will prepare a diagram so you can see how much you will require and gain a visual impression before you order.

Our paper formats
We offer two types of formats:
• Mural panel sets where there is no vertical repeat
• Standard repeat patterns

The repeat details are shown on the product pages of this catalogue. Your order will ship with a diagram showing pattern layout along with an installation guide.

We recommend our papers are professionally installed.

Color and batches
We recommend ordering a sample of your chosen wallpaper for review of the material and finish before you order.

Our paper is printed in batches. Due to the nature of the process, minor color variation can occur between batches & samples.

Please ensure that you order the correct amount as we do not guarantee that rolls printed in different batches will be an exact color match.

We have a range of recommended Benjamin Moore tones that match back with our designs.

Cleaning
Fountain papers can be easily wiped clean. You can gently clean them with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. DO NOT use bleach or strong cleaning chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Performance
Fountain Papers are fire-rated Class A, ASTM-E84. They are made of a non-woven paper backed vinyl.

They can be splashed with water however they are not designed to be immersed - eg, installed within a shower itself.

You can put them behind a vanity. If your space is going to get heaps of water splashed on it (for example, a busy family bathroom) we would recommend a tile splash back too.

We recommend your installer seal the joins so water can’t creep in.

For more info, refer to our full installation guides.

Things to note
We allow an overage amount of paper when calculating your order. This is so the installer can align and position wallpaper successfully on a wall. The installer will trim away the excess not required.

Most papers are Type II or can be requested as Type II.

Refer to the specs noted with each design in this catalogue.

Our papers are displayed in this catalogue with the Zuster collection of products also available at Reece.
